The Courtyard, Chiswick, is a small semi-Serviced Business Centre. Sited a few minutes north of Chiswick High Road, we are within easy walk of Turnham Green and Chiswick Park tube stations and South Acton overland, and the high road shopping, but with quiet surroundings and easier parking. The offices sit around a peaceful, central garden. Visitors remark on the charm but of course you would need to come and see!
We keep our costs lower than comparable centres. And while many centres charge extra for business rates, use of meeting room and even electrical utilities, we don’t do this. All are inclusive within the rental. There is free parking for four cars on a first come basis, and secure space for bikes.
We are a busy and friendly community at The Courtyard. The offices range from one to eight person size, some self-contained and others screened off within larger studio-like spaces. There is a reception area, meeting room, kitchen, broadband and all the rest, and 24 hour access, all the important things you would expect from a serviced office except without the formality of centralised reception and telephone answering. And you can sit out in the garden on sunny days.
